Controller's information obligation
REUS s.r.o., Ke Karlovu 7, 30100 Plzeň, ID No. 26652346 hereby provides the following information about its processing of your personal data in connection with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation).
1. Who administers my personal data?
Reus is the controller of your personal data if you are a customer, someone visiting the Reus website, a person in the Reus mailing database or otherwise involved with us.

3. Who is the data protection officer at Reus?
We have no obligation to have a data protection officer at this time because we are not a public authority and currently we do not have a designated data protection officer.
4. When can I as a natural person contact Reus for matters concerning personal data protection?
If you believe that we are unlawfully processing your personal data, please contact us with your complaint.
5. Why does Reus process my personal data?
We process your personal data for the purposes of fulfilling contractual obligations.
We also process data on the behaviour of your IP address on our website using Google Analytics. We use anonymised data for the purposes of monitoring traffic to our website. We further process and pass on data about the behaviour of your IP address to third parties to better personalise and target advertising.
6. Do you share or disclose my personal data with other entities?
We only share the personal data of our customers with forwarding companies in the scope necessary for the purposes of fulfilling contracts.
The company that administers our website and E-shop also has access to data on traffic to our website and E-shop customers. We share information about how you use our website and E-shop with our partners active in the areas of social media, advertising and analysis.
The company's internal developers who develop and are responsible for the Reus accounting program also have access to customer data from our E-shop.
Customer data from our E-shop in the scope of an order number, the customer's email address and a list of merchandise is provided to the company securing feedback from domestic E-shop customers and issuing a quality certificate.
If you are on our mailing list, the company distributing our company's marketing materials has access to your email address.
If we contact you via Facebook, the company providing us with social network marketing services has access to your personal data in the necessary scope.
All data, including customer personal data, are saved on servers located in the EU.
We have concluded agreements with all external vendors in compliance with the GDPR.
7. Do you transfer my personal data to third countries?
We do not transfer your personal data to third countries, meaning those outside of the European Union, except if you make an order for merchandise to be delivered outside of the EU.
8. I believe that you are not properly processing my personal data.
In such case, please contact us directly; you also have the right to file a complaint with the supervising authority, which in this case is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
9. What rights do I have with respect to the controller regarding my personal data?
You may request the following at any time:
- To be given access to your personal data
- To correct your personal data if they are incorrect
- To delete your personal data if the conditions specified in Article 17 GDPR are met, or to restrict their processing.
10. What is involved in this right to access personal data?
You can request that we inform you if we process your personal data.
You can ask us for access to the processed personal data and for information on the processing of this data.
You can ask us to provide a copy of the processed personal data.
11. Can anyone other than my request access to my personal data?
They cannot. This right only applies to you. Written authorisation is required to exercise such right on behalf of anyone else.
12. How do I file such a request?
You can file your request using any means, including email. Our designated representative is obliged to verify your identity and therefore will ask you to provide proof of your identity.
13. When will Reus respond?
We will inform you of the measures that are taken within thirty days. We may extend this term in some more complex instances.
14. How much does this request cost?
A request and its resolution is provided at no charge. However, if justified, we may request reimbursement of certain expenses (e.g. the price of a portable memory drive on which we'll provide you with a list of your personal data that we process).
15. I gave my consent to allow Reus to process my personal data and I would like to revoke it.
In most cases, we do not require consent for the processing of personal data from customers, as we process your data on the basis of other legal reasons, especially for the purposes of fulfilling a contract. If you give consent to the processing of any of your personal data, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time. This does not impact the lawfulness of personal data processing based on consent prior to its revocation. This means that personal data processing is legal until the revocation of consent.
